The Harvey & Lewis Optical Shop

The Harvey & Lewis Optical Shop at UConn Health offers customers a full selection of eyeglasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses.

We are experts in fitting contact lenses for patients requiring routine or complicated fittings. Before you are fit for contact lenses, a UConn ophthalmologist will perform an eye exam to assess refraction changes and ocular health for contact lens wear. Once this is performed, you are ready for your contact lens fitting which will be scheduled with the contact lens specialist.

Harvey & Lewis Opticians is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The shop is conveniently located on the first floor of the Outpatient Pavilion and can be reached at 860-679-8880. Harvey & Lewis participates in most major health plans, including Anthem’s Eye-Med and ConnectiCare.
