UConn Health Retail Pharmacy Team

The UConn Health Retail Pharmacy team works closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure you get the prescriptions you need in the most timely and effective way possible.

• While you are in the hospital, our Meds to Beds program fills your prescriptions so they are available when you are ready to go home. We can also work with discharge nurses and vendors to set up services, such as home infusion.
• During outpatient visits, we are connected with your doctor’s office, so all your prescriptions are available. We will even help you get over-the-counter medications within the next day.
